See, he really skips!
And look at that smile
On his lips!
Did he find a cure,
Or is he in love?
Or something else obscure
We can’t think of?
Did he find a pot of gold,
Or pick the winning horse?
No, I’ve been told…
John just got a divorce! 😊

Don’t you dare smile at me!
I’m filled with bile, don’t you see?
I chop off whiskers of kittens
Which have lost their mittens,
And I am mesmerized
With removing wings from flies!
But wait! One smile! Now, I’m changed!
I no longer feel so vile and deranged!
Now, please won’t you help me find some glue
To re-attach whiskers and flies’ wings, too! 😊
