THE COMMON COLD!

Many things are common

To the common cold,

It drains your brain,

And makes you feel old,

 

My throbbing head feels like

It just lost a war,

And my aching body

Is just plain sore,

 

And if my nose keeps running,

Hide all scissors and clippers,

Or I may grab one

And snip, snip, snipp ‘er!   🙂

BORIS, THE EX-WIFE’S HORSE!

Buck Morse got Boris,

His ex-wife’s horse,

As his part of

A nasty divorce,

 

But Boris pretended to be hoarse,

And Boris began to cough,

And suddenly Boris

Bucked poor Buck Morse off!

 

Then, Buck felt vexed,

Flummoxed and hexed,

When Boris galloped home

To Buck Morse’s ex!   😊
