HOW SANTA SAVED CHRISTMAS

Early Christmas eve, Santa took a wee, short nap,

Suddenly, Mrs. Claus came in and gave him a brisk slap!

 

“Wake up, you’ve overslept!  It’s almost Christmas day!”

Santa dashed to his sleigh and soon he dashed away,

 

“Something feels so breezy, could there be a chance?”

“That I have dashed away without wearing any pants?!”

 

“What shall I do?  There will be such horrid tales,”

“If I climb down a chimney and they see my jingle bells!”

 

Suddenly, Santa thought, he recalled a sewing kit,

There, inside the sleigh, a gift for a Mr. Pitt,

 

Santa took some red material and sewed and sewed away,

He made new pants, and perchance, that’s how he saved Christmas Day!   🙂

MY TASTY KEY LIME MINTS!

MY TASTY KEY LIME MINTS!

You may think I’ve lost my marbles, or haven’t any sense,

But, oh, I love the taste of my key lime mints,

 

They have a little taste of coconut, but mainly it’s key lime,

And I could suck, suck, suck on them all the bloomin’ time!

 

Key lime mints are so wonderful, I can truly preach,

That if you close your eyes, you’ll feel you’re at the beach,

 

And they have the tartest taste of any mint which can be found,

But please suck, and never bite, or see your dentist for a crown!

 

This is a silly poem, it’s true, but don’t be rude or tense,

Please do yourself a favor and get some key lime mints!   🙂

NAUGHTY OR NICE?!

Santa is coming!

Were you naughty or nice?

Please listen to me

And take my advice,

 

Sometimes, being naughty

Is more fun, than some

Of Santa’s gifts,

Which are ho, ho hum!

 

So, listen to me,

Make giggles, my advice!

Sometimes, it’s better

To be naughty, not nice!   🙂
